1. Shopify Platform
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and subscriptions to you.
All payments, order processing, and data storage are securely managed through Shopify's systems, in accordance with their Shopify Terms of Service and Shopify Privacy Policy.
By purchasing from Lootique, you also agree to Shopify's applicable service and payment policies.
2. Our Products and Services
Lootique offers curated and themed subscription boxes designed to deliver unique cultural and lifestyle experiences. Our current categories include:
- Cosmetics Box - premium skincare, fragrance, and beauty items.
- Gourmet Box - culinary items from around the world.
- Kids' Discovery Box - creative and educational products for children.
- Special Editions - limited collections or seasonal collaborations.
Availability, contents, and pricing of boxes may vary. Lootique reserves the right to update or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
To purchase from Lootique, you must be the age of majority in your country or have parental consent.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information for your account and orders, including payment and shipping details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Subscriptions and Renewals
Lootique offers subscription options (monthly, quarterly, or annual). By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments via Shopify's secure checkout until you cancel.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Shopify customer account or by contacting support@lootique.com.
Changes to pricing or product availability will be communicated prior to renewal when required by law.
5. Pricing, Taxes, and Currency
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice. Taxes and shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within Europe only.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by external factors such as customs or postal delays.
Tracking details are provided when your order ships.
Lootique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Because Lootique boxes are curated collections, we generally cannot accept returns. However, we gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact support@lootique.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
8. Product Information and Allergies
Our boxes may contain food, cosmetic, or other items that include allergens such as nuts, dairy, soy, gluten, or fragrance ingredients.
You are responsible for reviewing ingredient labels before use. Lootique is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from product use.
